Korea - @ Han River ..and.. "hug bunny"

A more relaxing day.   We initially set out to visit NAMSAN Tower, but I think,
this Sunday, most of Seoul also wanted to do some sightseeing there.  (it's on the right -> )

Maybe .. during a weekday .. soon.    We headed back home and Salli prepared some sandwiches and
goodies, and Jon picked up the day tent.   We decided to have a picnic down at the Han River in
Banpo Hangang Park.    Here we are after setting up the tent :

Great views of Seoul's downtown area.

After enjoying our sandwiches and goodies, we hiked over to three "floating islands".
One is used on weekends at the top level for weddings.   A wedding was just finishing,
so we went up and looked at the venue, Jon & Salli posing as bride and groom.

It was a relaxing mid-morning -to- mid-afternoon on the river.   Headed back to
the apartment to get ready to drive south for about an hour to meet Salli's parents
and sister at a family-friendly restaurant called .. Baek Woon Jae, in Ulwang.
Here are a couple of pictures of that drive including some shots from Jon's car's
navigation system :

It was fun listening to his "Navi" system.   Many times .. I heard "HUG BUNNY", but I later
found out that, in Korean it was saying " ahead .. ",  'jeonbang-e'.   We all were laughing
pretty hard about this.      Here we are at the restaurant :   (Salli took the picture)

Look at all of that food!  japchae (noodles and veg.), samgyup bbq, jaeyook bokeum,
minari, hobkjjin, rnuk, myeolchi, deodeok, etc.     All very yummy.
Here's a picture after we've attempted to finish it all :

Afterwards we took our complimentary coffees out to their adjoining botanical garden:

A very enjoyable evening with Jon and Salli (Seungmin)  ..and..
Mom (Soyoung),   Dad (Joonhyung),   sister (Seungkyung).
